PRIVATE 2 DAYS TOUR FROM MARRAKECH TO ZAGORA WITH CAMEL RIDE: TINFOU DUNES EXCURSION

DAY 1: TRAVEL FROM MARRAKECH TO ZAGORA FOR CAMEL RIDE IN DESERT

We organize private and guided Sahara tour from Marrakech with depart from your hotel at 7:30 am by 4x4 and head towards the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco. We discover ancient Berber villages along the way and you enjoy unforgettable views while crossing Tizi n'Tichka Pass at 2265 m above sea level. We continue towards Ounela Valley, via the small kasbah of Pasha Glaoui. You visit Talouet kasbah and then we stop for lunch in Ait Benhaddou where we explore the most famous kasbah in Morocco. It is an UNESCO declared World Heritage site. Next, we continue on to Zagora along the Draa Valley . We prepare for camel ride for 1 and half hour trek into the dunes. We reach our desert camp in the dunes where we stay overnight.

DAY 2: FROM ZAGORA TO MARRAKECH VIA ATLAS MOUNTAINS

On the second day our Marrakech trip continues with trusted travel company Morocco-Tours-Toubkal-Trek and we wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sand dunes. After a typical Berber breakfast we will ride camel for 1 hour back to Zagora. We may visit Tamegroute only about 20 km away from Zagora on the old road to Timbuktu and this town is known for its historical library of the Koranic School of Zaouia. We drive towards Marrakech, having the lunch in a local restaurant before crossing the Atlas mountains and the Tizi n'Tichka Pass. Thank you for traveling in Morocco with experienced travel company and we transfer you to your hotel or airport at the end of your selected Marrakech tour.
